THE BRAND CREATIVE EXCHANGE

I’ve always been passionate about Diverrsity and Inclusion and eager to create connections between people. At Nike, I invloved in a D&I task force, which resulted in The Brand Creative Exchange. The BCx is a global education and advocacy program designed to provide learning experiences and connections to work streams and leadership for people at Nike, Inc.

As a co-leader of the project, me and my team developed the programs, designed an internal website and presented our work to the leadership team. After my internship, I continued working on the project as a consultant, creating playbooks, crafting all the copy for the website, emails, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing a program to support and leverage under-represented talent

  • Co-leading the development of The BCx program

  • Building an editorial extension

  • Crafting copy for website, playbooks, emails, etc.

  • Presenting work to the global leadership team and global studios
